Headband to match....

I have fallen in love with this stamp set! There is nothing out there like it and I LOVE that! This is "bold curls" designed by Kim Hughes for Cornish Heritage Farms. I love the large stamps in this set and they are perfect for fabric. I simply cut out my white fabric, then stamped with pigment ink (EK success ink for Martha Stewart), then heat set with my iron. Sewed together and then added an elastic band to fit my head for the bottom...wonderful, no slipping!

Here are a couple of photos with my headband on. You can see I wanted something to match my shirt! Thanks to my daughter for these photos. This was a very simple project that took no time to make. My daughter loves it....wouldn't that be a fun birthday party idea for tweens? A make your own headband party....might have to think on that one.
Make sure you come back here Monday for the challenge chicks post!
Have a great weekend!

Cuuuuuute! My 10 year old daughter walked by and said, "That's cute!" She was surprised when I told her it was made with stamps.
