Snowbunnybella

Oh isn't she sweet!!!! My friend Alli Miles sent me a rak of some wonderful stamped bella images. Alli did a super nice job of stamping them in an ink compatible with my copics and also on nice thick white cs (my guess is that it is papertrey). This is snowbunny bella. I used her for today's color challenge on SCS. I don't often reach for the purple (guess it reminds me of easter) but it sure does pop off the page! My favorite accent is the little stick pin I made with pom poms, I thought it went so well with her coat!

The pretty snowflakes are the rak I received from Julee Tilman. They are her own Verve Visual creation, love them!

I used post it notes to mask off the bottom of my purple layer to create the snow. I sponged the whole thing in white craft ink then covered it with ep. Wish you could see all the sparkle irl!
Here is the close up of the bella herself. I applied the liquid applique and before I heat set it I sprinked it with glitter. I then heat set it to puff it up! So Cute!
Here is the lovely RAK card she sent me with the stamped images. Alli's cards are so great, love the colors she put together with this fun Wreathabella. Thanks again Alli!

Baby Tobias!

I am an Auntie again! Yipee!!! A brand new baby nephew to hold and kiss and then give to mommy and daddy when he cries....being an auntie is the best! His name is Tobias (we will call him Toby for short). I made this card for him with crafty secrets products. The patterned paper from the Pastels paper pack and the little boy set in their clear art stamps. I used my copics to color and my nestabilities for the focal image. I think grandma made him a chenille blanket so this patterned paper is perfect! Off to Squamish, BC tomorrow to hold the goods!

Look what I got in the mail this week from Julee! I participated in one of her Mojo Monday challenges and was blessed with this beautiful card and her Verve Visual stamp set too! Gotta pick up some ez mount so I can play with these wonderful snowflakes. Thanks Julee! I LOVE the card you sent me. I goes on my shelf with honor!

This lovely RAK I received from the very talented Alli Miles over from Card Metaphors. She is doing fantastic work for CHF and Paper Pretties, make sure you check out her work! I received this card a while ago and just realized I hadn't posted it, it was too busy being admired by me on my shelf! Thanks again Alli for the beautiful card and your friendship.

Funny little side note....with all the blog hopping I do I was really craving thanksgiving turkey! Our thanksgiving was back in October, this didn't stop me from preparing a full blown thanksgiving dinner yesterday, with all the fixin's! It was so yummy! Yes, I too, am vulnerable to the powers of persuasion of my blogging friends!
Today I get to join all of you in the turkey leftover sandwiches....yum....the best part!

Happy Stamping!
