Leaving on a jet plane today for Orlando so a card will have to do for my hubby on Valentine's Day. I miss the cute Valentine's cards I had as a kid....a big book that I would punch out the perfect card for that special somebody.
I brought the spirit of that memory in today's Valentine's card. Clean lines and bright colors helped me capture that retro feel.
To the left is the backside of the card...so it is postcard style. I used a combo of a few sets (listed below) for just the perfect sentiments:)
I'm off to teach Copic certifications and the new Color and Ink Workshop in Orlando! I also get to spend some in between time with family! It is going to be great! So if it is a little quiet here on my blog....you know why:)
There is still room in the Color and Ink Workshop if you are interested.....details are HERE. Come and join Colleen Schaan and myself for some inky fun!

You nailed it with this vintage Valentine, Sherri! I love it!!! I have a growing collection of vintage Valentine's, I pick up some everytime I find them while thrifting or at a vintage mall (Bellingham). Have a fun time in Orlando!
You really did get the feel of those old valentines. I used to spend hours deciding on who received which card.
You are making me fall in love with MFT, Dr. Sherrie. I'm happy you were my teacher in Orlando because you taught me so much. Hope you have fun with the family...
