Heart on a String

Yes, someone has my heart on a string....my hubby! He surprised me with Michael Buble tickets to see him in concert on my birthday! Now I know that is a few months away but I am sure looking forward to it. The "heart on a string" made me think of his song...which I have been humming all morning.
This new Jolinne also has my heart on a string....I love her little sweet dress in this image and the balloon is really fun! You can find her HERE at MFT!
I had to pair her up with the new DeLovely papers from Cosmo Cricket! They are a perfect style match for this image...and I had to play along with Julia's "Ways to use it" challenge on SCS. We were encouraged to pull out our paper edge distressers. I love distressing an edge, I curled up my corners using my paper piercer as well.
Here is a close up of the coloring with my copic markers.
COME AND COLOR WITH ME!
I am heading to Langley's Precious Memories on Saturday and there are still some seats left if you would like to come and color for a couple of hours....pick up some great tips and just have fun! We will be coloring 3 cards and a bonus 4th card using a Pure Innocence image of your choice!

My daughter took this photo yesterday off our deck....oh what a view! We live in a beautiful part of the country.....Now I'm off to make coffee and sit on our deck to enjoy this view!

I just started using Copic's and have had one class on how to use them (not at Precious Memories), but I really wanted to come to the class on Saturday. Unfortunately I have to finish decorating a cake and then I'm off to a Birthday party :-( Are you going to be having anymore classes there in the near future?

By the way, GREAT shot of Mount Baker!

Have a wonderful day!

Hi Annette,
Have fun with your party!
As for more classes...I don't have anything booked there for right now although the copic certification in Vancouver is now open to the public (which rarely happens). That is on May 30th...if you are interested in that there is a details and application link on the sidebar of my blog.....
