I am back in my studio after a great weekend in Vancouver! Fun Copic Classes!
One of the many techniques that I demonstrate is direct stamp coloring with copics....here is an example of that. First up I debossed the tree branch portion with the "Out on a Limb" Die-namics and then I colored up the stamps of both the leaves and the tree with my copic markers....they dry super fast.....
To reactivate the copic ink, I simply spritzed with blender solution from a mister bottle and then quickly stamped with the "out on a limb" stamp set from MFT. I love the imperfect, impressionistic look that this renders :)
I used YG21,25, Y15, R02,05 for the leaves. Then I airbrushed some YG01 and BG11 in the background. Simple and pretty:)
Be sure to check out when copic classes and workshops are coming to your area! You can see the details on my updated copic page HERE.....Next up for me....Portland! Yay! Hope to see you there!
