Puddle Jumpin'

Totally appropriate for the day we have here on the west coast today! It is wet and I can hardly wait to head to Anaheim next week to see some sunshine! In the meantime....I could do some fun puddle jumpin' here at home!
I thought this little PI girl would look cute on a circle card, since that was the theme of my patterned paper from Melissa Frances. I used my circle cutter from EK Success to cut the shape. I stamped my little girl and then used the petite scallop nestability to cut her out.

Here is a close shot of a few of the details. I stamped her little umbrella on a separate sheet of paper, colored and cut out, and then popped it up on my original stamp. Can you see I staggered it a little so that it looks like the umbrella has a neat little trim?
I colored this sweet image with my copics and then masked her off and airbrushed the background.
I also added some fun accents like the pearls (colored with my copics to match) and the glossy accents to appear as water at the top of her umbrella and on her boots.
Here are my full deets:
Stamps:
My Umbrella (Pure Innocence) by My Favorite Things
Ink:
Rich Cocoa Memento (Tsukineko)
Paper:
Patterned Paper (Melissa Frances)
White (Neenah)
Accessories:
Copic Markers
Air Brush System (Copic)

Pearls and Rub-ons (Melissa Frances)
Button (Making Memories)
Ribbon (Offray)
Glossy Accents (Ranger)
Circle Cutter (EK Success)

I'm skipping off to my mail box today....rumor has it that there are some new stamp goodies there for me to play with! Yeah....perfect for a rainy day!
