This thanksgiving I had a chance to reflect on the incredible gifts of God's goodness in my life. Our church celebrated 75 years and boy did we celebrate! I have been so blessed in the area of friendship and this was in the foreground of my mind when I was cardmaking today. This was inspired through today's sketch challenge on SCS and I had a chance to sit and play with some wonderful "birdie" stamps a friend lent me.
The fabulous DP is Crafty Secrets as well as all the stamps. Aren't those sentiments wonderful?!! Lots of distressing with Tim Holtz (vintage photo, linen) distress inks. The bird and dirt are colored with my copics. The bling are Hero Arts jewels (for the crown and in the sentiments). Once again, I found the need to sew, love this look!
Make sure you pop over to SCS today and try out some of the sketch challenges, they are a wonderful way to get you started!
Enjoy your Wednesday!
