Just Playin'

Just trying out my cuttlebug. Yes, I broke down and bought one. I was so pleased I could use a M's coupon on it. These swirls remind me of fancy curly flower stems. I colored in the ones I used as stems with a green copic marker. I used a cuttlebug die for the flowers and this wonderful Crate DP. Here you go.... a real quickie card. The colors lead more to fall so I will probably save it till then.

I too got a CB recently and LOVE it!! Goes well with my other little bug (Cricut!).

Love what you did with the swirls. Are the flowers also CB - I have a flower die that looks like that.

Great card, isn't the cuttlebug fun, it is very addictive so be careful.

Love your card. I really like the colors and the swirl emboss too.

PS I loved the sheets on the line. Do you know, that last couple of houses we've lived in, the Home Owners Assoc rules prevented hanging of any outdoor laundry lines :( I too loved putting my sheets and whites on the lines, especially.

Welcome to Bugland! :) I really didn't think I would use my CB very much, but it has become a trusted friend! Love your card.

I just LOVE this! I've never tried the stamping and then Cuttlebugging, but it's a gorgeous effect!

Oops, after I posted, I realized you colored the embossed swirls with your marker! It gives a neat effect, though. . .just like some of the cards I've seen stamped first and then run through the Cuttlebug.

This is just amazing. What an original idea to colour parts of the embossing. Looks so stunning! :O) Hope it's okay that I linked your post in my link list of cuttlebug stuff.
