Custom Camera Strap

A fun little project to share with you today. I finished a new custom camera strap cover for my DSLR. These are super easy to make! You just measure out your current strap and add a an inch or a little more to each measurement. I added some cotton batting to mine to make the cover nice and soft. I used some Michael Miller Fabric scraps that I had kicking around.

My final little detail was to stamp directly on the canvas to make it TRULY CUSTOM :) I used the Vanity Plate Stamp set for my letters and the Finishing Flourishes set for the olive accents. I used Versacraft ink and heat set it with my clothes iron.

Enjoy your weekend!

I love it..I have been wanting to do one for my camera. Was it just a tube that you slipped over existing strap. I love the idea of putting your name on it like you did. thanks for encouraging me more.
