CHF Challenge Chicks Watercolor

It is challenge chick monday and it has been a while since I played along....Today I get to play! I am also showing you another new image that is due for release this week Friday! Any fishermen in your families?

The mantra of many fishermen.....Never, never give up... How fun to get back to some basics and pull out the watercolor paints. Watercoloring is another thing that I find takes a lot of patience, lots of waiting for layers to dry and then adding more layers of color.
I included this close shot so that you could see the layering of color.
Here are this card details:
Stamps:
Fly Fishing (SEP), Motivational Centers (MLM) by Cornish Heritage Farms
Ink:
Jet Black Archival Ink (Ranger)
Bottle Adirondack Pigment Ink (Ranger)

Fleuriste Patterned Paper (Cosmo Cricket)
Accessories:

Aquapainter (Ninji)

Beautiful job Sherrie! I agree about the waiting to dry thing, I forgot and wrecked my first one - elk dribble is not pretty, lol! Love the intensity you achieved here without losing the delicacy of the medium - great card!

Great card Sherrie! I really like how you accented part of the image in the circle(and I will be "borrowing" that idea LOL!) Love the little fish too :)

Ahhh! Great card! I'm surrounded by guys, nothing but brothers (4) and engineer and drummer friends (yup even girls in there too). Between fishing and golfing (and maybe some woodworking), I've got them all covered! Thanks for all the great ideas!
