Peppermint Sticks

Can you believe this gift only cost me $4!!!! $3 for the candy and $1 for the jar. My main thought was all those Christmas teacher gifts that seem to creep up on me. This is a fast fun gift for both male and female. I used the Vintage Signage set by Cornish Heritage Farms in the Rummage Bin line which is now available HERE!
For a wintery look for the top I used my stamps with the snow cap paint dauber as my "ink". I also dabbed around the edges of my scallop. This is a circle nestability die from Spellbinders.
A close up of the wonderful center image on my container. I added some little round stickers from Stampendous for a fun look. I have a feeling I will be making these in the masses for some gifts this year! Teachers could even make them for themselves (on their desk for excellent students).

Fun! It has the perfect old fashioned feel to it with those stick candies and the band around the jar! Thanks for sharing the idea~ Were the jars from the dollar store? I don't see much for a dollar - maybe $5 or $6 in this area...

I love this idea. After looking at the stamp set I will definitely have to get it! You could use this same idea with the Hot Chocolate stamp and fill the jar with hot chocolate. Can I ask where you found these great jars for $1?

TFS,
Charmaine
