Fraiser Crane

Here is another sneek peek for My Favorite Things! This set is "Let's hear it for the boys" filled with fun "guy" images and some wonderful sentiments too. Two things about this card I wanted to highlight. First is this awful tacky recliner inspired by the sitcom "Fraiser", you know that sore spot of contention between Fraiser and his dad. I used the faux stitching stamp from "Setting the Stage" to make the lines to then color the stripes. I also wanted to point out the wonderful sentiment in this set. You can stamp it on the inside as well as the outside of the card. You could also use just pieces of it too....wonderful! Be sure to check out all the fun at My Favorite Things August 1st!!!!
Looking through a livingroom window. I used a sheet of acetate to create this window look. The DP is Basic Grey and I thought it looked like some old wallpaper. The chair rail was created with faux ribbon from the upcoming set "It's elemental". I did a little scalloped curtain topper as well. This image was colored with copics, I just love the sentiment, perfect for a guy. Come back tomorrow for ANOTHER sneek peek, isn't this fun!!!

The first chair is my favourite-like the stripes. Duct tape would look good too! haha. I like all the sewing you are doing on your cards, Sherrie. Your own little element.
