Today is a little something for the men.....actually it is PERFECT timing for me as we are in the midst of ripping apart our master bedroom/ensuite. Built in 1983...it was ready for a redo.
I am literally typing this while I hear banging and booming of tools knocking out walls etc...I dare not go look :)
On to the project!.....These tools were made with the new "Tool Time" Die-namics and a combination of wood paper, heavy foil and even a fabric handle for the hammer. I used my copic markers to add a little color to the wood paper in the areas that our tools generally stain with wear.
They are mounted on this fabulous "Pegboard" Cover Up Die-namics that I cut out of MFT cork.
The bottom panel is one of the new "Horizontal Stitched Strips" Die-namics cut from real wood and stamped with Black Licorice Hybrid ink using one of the new "Let's Tool Around" sentiments.
Below is a look at the inside of the card....one more tool and a very clever pun! Can't wait to give this to our awesome guy doing our reno....he does the framing, electical, plumbing, tiling.....wow! We LOVE him!
