Release Rewind!

I saved some of my VERY best for last.....welcome to the Release Rewind where designers get to play with the goodies that were released this week and PLAY! To see all the new stuff you can visit the MFT STORE HERE!

This first card is my absolute FAVORITE! I adore the new Damask Designs set and I wanted to make my own background with it....adding hits of red ink and a few birds from the oldie but goodie set "Inspired by Caged Bird".
Here is a close up of the felt detail....using the Die-namics "Months of the Year" and "Moroccan Border Tile Trio". You can see how that pretty felt puffs up from the flat cardstock. The caged bird is embossed so that it stands out too.
Here is a shot of the inside using the new "Celebrate Big" set that is free with a $60 purchase this month at MFT!
Here is a quick little project some placecard holders for the table....or I may use them as gift tags....we will see :) I combined two different rolled flowers for this. In the middle of the felt flower is the Rolled Flower Die-namics and the outside is the Royal Rose Die-namics. I love that there are two different kinds of petals.

The base of the placecard is stamped with the Typewriter Text Backgrounder in Natural ink and then stamped with the largest Damask Design stamp in Black Licorice. The little tag comes from the Blueprints 10 set.
Last up....something on the soft side. I stamped the background with the border stamp in the Damask Design set in the new Insulation Pink Ink.  I made the little circle cut out with one of the new Stitched Circles STAX. Adding in the new "Grand Peaceful Wildflowers" and Die-namics. I used Factory Green and Steel Blue ink....but I STAMPED OFF the first set of color so that the second stamp would be softer.
Here is a look at the inside. Keeping with the soft look from the outside. So go and check out all the inspiration that is available on the MFT blog.....and then get stamping :)
Supplies for all project available now!

Gorgeous projects! I love this elegant damask and especially how you combined it so beautifully with the soft wildflower stamping ;)
