Something soft and elegant for Christmas. I made my own little puffy ornament with the current Jumbo Christmas Stocking Die-namics.

I cut all the pieces twice so that I had a front and back.

I ran some cream cotton through my xyron machine to apply adhesive to the backside of the fabric. I then cut some cream cotton with the Die-namics. It cuts nice and clean when you have an adhesive backing  to stiffin the fabric up!

I stamped the new to be released Damask Designs in Natural ink all over the front and back.

I added a piece of cotton batting to the inside (I just cut the batting with the foot part of the die and then trimmed off 1/2" all the way around so that it would be slightly smaller than the outer layers).

Peel back the adhesive on both the front and back, lay the batting in between, and then stick the edges together.  Great to have some NO SEW options!

The burlap is done the same way....run through my xyron before cutting so that I don't have fraying issues.  The leaf is cut from gold foil and some natural buttons for accent.

The card is keeping with this simple theme.

The Damask Design stamped over the entire primitive cream card base in natural ink and then the Grand Peaceful Wildflowers stamped in kraft ink.

The little burlap tag at the top was cut from one of the accents in the new Blueprints 10 Die-namics.

Finished off the front with another natural button and some hemp string.

To the left you see a look at the inside.....sweet and simple. There is a lovely Damask border stamp in this set....I can see myself using this set A Lot....I just LOVE Damask.

Here are you supplies available December 10th! See you Tomorrow!

Love the way you combined damask and wildflowers and the subdued color scheme in both projects.

Great card and love your pretty stocking! The contrast of the damask and burlap rock! I love to do that on my cards. :)
