We are having glimpses of spring here in British Columbia....I thought it was time to do a little spring home decor. I have had this old shadow box frame kicking around for a while so I thought it would make a nice addition to our front entry table.
I used some BRAND NEW
Melissa Frances papers and resin.
I also used my
"Inspired by Spring" stamp set from MFT. I love this sentiment as winter can seem long...and the pretty blossoms that I stamped in latte ink behind the resin frame. I added a pinch of color to them as well with my
copic markers.
Here is a REALLY close look at the resin bunny. I colored him up with my
copics using E51,33,27,49 and R21 for in the ear and on the cheek. BG05 for the eye. These resin piece come beautifully uncolored but WOW they do look great with a little bit of ink!

I love this card so much. I wonder whether you made the resin piece with a mold, or if you bought it. Very different! I live in Arizona and I can tell spring is here because the temps are starting to be in the 80's. That means the 100"s aren't far behind!
