The Copic Coloring Guide is a new book by Colleen Schaan and Marianne Walker. It's the perfect resource for beginner and intermediate coloring artists alike. The book contains information about the different styles of Copic markers, explains the coloring/numbering system, details how to pick good blending groups, teaches a number of blending techniques through illustrated tutorials, and de-mistifies the colorless blender marker. And that's just in the first 18 pages! The book also contains over 40 beautiful coloring card projects separated into beginner, intermediate and advanced skill level. Each card project includes step-by-step coloring AND assembly instructions... along with supply lists and manufacturer information to make recreating the projects simple and easy.

I just love your card... the coloring is just beautiful. As for my favorite marker color... there is no such thing.. I love them all, but if I had to choice it would B37 Antwerp Blue. Discovered it in July for a true navy color for the American Flag.

Ha! I acutally had to go look at what it's called - BG10. I use it for showing the ground on my cards. Like under a person that's standing or shadows. I love it!

Super cute card!! As far as a favorite, I really couldn't pick just one. I have a few favorites in each of the color catagories, but it really depends on what type of image I am coloring, and matching paper. As for a single color, next to impossible!!! I <3 all my Copics equally when it comes to the richness of the colors whether it is bold or soft. I can say there is a trio out there that I reach for hands down anytime I color an image with a person (which is more often than not) in it and that is - E00, E01, & E02.

For today my fav Copic colors are BV0000, BV00 and BV01 - I am working on flowers. What an adorable card, I just love MFT stamps - sweet.
Favorite color, that is a toughy, as I use so many daily, but I will give my answer this way, B91 I have 2 of and that one gets filled the most often, so I must use it a lot, I have other favorites, but I love them all.
Thanks for a chance at this wonderful book , that i hope will improve my coloring skills, I love taking my copics class's but some times at home by myself I think a book like this might give me a boost.
