So do you feel your week fluttering by? This one went fast for me for some reason. I think it is because I have been busy prepping for classes that I am doing at Scrap and Bean in Edmonton March 11&14th! So many kits, so little time!
Today's card is all MFT baby! I used one of my favorite little Pure Innocence images "Butterfly Kisses". I colored her with my copic markers and then used my blender pen to dab in the pattern on her little body suit. I also used a whole swack of dies to make this simple layout.
Here is a close up of a number of the dies. I cut out the butterflies die with some heavy 100% wool felt that I had in my stash. Oh thick luscious butterflies....
In behind my butterfly you see the sheltering tree die, I just turned it on it's side to look like a branch.
In the middle is my all time favorite die "mini rolled roses", in which I used the smaller flower.
The background paper is from Cosmo Cricket's Upcycle and I border die cut it with the "scalloped scallop die". I love that this die is open ended so that I can make the piece as large as I like as it only cuts the border.
Now on to the MFT blog hop winner....this month it was off of my blog and the winner left this comment:
