When I need some quick cards I reach for my patterned paper collections. Early Bird from Cosmo Cricket has got to be one of my favorites...I love the vintage spin on it! So here are a couple of cards that I pieced together with this collection along with sentiments from My Favorite Things. This is from the "Thanks a Bunch" set in the clearly sentimental line.
Here is the vertical version that I made. Very quick as it went together in mere minutes....I wanted to post hospitality cards today as I say THANK-YOU again to the wonderful ladies in Calgary. I had a fabulous weekend doing a card class at Scrapbooker's Paradise, a copic certification and a store visit to Kensington's Art Supply.
Also, a special thank-you goes out to Jeanne....who is my friend and valuable helper when I am out in Calgary! Hugs to you Jeanne!

I absolutely loved the certification class that you held in Calgary. I have to say that it's your fault that I am in search of the compressor and all 334 markers now. LOL. You do such amazing work and hopefully with a little patience and a whole lot of practice that I will be half as good.
I have to say I am addicted and truly are hooked.

Thanks for running a great class in Calgary. I've just ordered $100 worth of markers I "needed" after that, LOL! Like Alice, I am now trying to justify the compressor and air gun!
