I am looking forward to another fantastic year in certifications for 2010!
It was such a pleasure meeting together with these women and we got to do it all at the COPIC headquarters in Oregon. The staff is so warm, wonderful and diverse. YOU SHOULD SEE THE WAREHOUSE.....ALL those pretty markers just waiting for a hand to direct them....I couldn't help but stroke a few (tee hee).
SO.....in honor of the new girls joining us COPIC has generously offered some fabulous blog candy! You will get the choice of either 12 sketch markers (OF YOUR CHOICE) or the ABS1 airbrush system!
How to win? Please leave us (the people on the blog hop listed below) a comment letting us know either how you use Copics, which Copic products you use, why you love them OR why you wish you had Copics.
One winner will be chosen from every blog and in addition to that Copic will be reading through comments. If they find a testimonial that they really like, then they will contact that person to use his or her story for the CHA booth and would then give the person an equal prize to the random winners. In other words, make your comments good! There will probably be two or three winners chosen total on comments, as well as the one winner for each listed blog. These will not be announced right away.
The drawing will happen from my blog from this post on Saturday November 12th at 12pmPST. Good Luck....what a fabulous prize!

and all the tips from the blogs are extremely helpful.
Wow, I love copics! I want to get better with them by taking some classes or certification. Artwork on cards are my fav!
Copics are heavenly!
No other coloring medium blends so beautifully and leaves a flawless no streaking finish!
I am a big stamper and I used to use colored pencils, watercolor pencils, etc which looked great but were a bit lackluster. I discovered Copics and I’m totally in love! They really make an image stand out and they are fun to use on top of it - I feel like a kid again waiting until I get the chance to color I’m not an artist by any stretch but they sure make me feel like I am!
I love my Copics. Use them almost every day, just wish I could have all the colours out there.
I do not have any Copics... yet!! I really need to find a local class so that I can try out the techniques before I take the plunge!
It's so good to find so many gals who create with Copics. For a while they were intimidating but with so many tutorials it's really become a fun part of crafting. I love how the colors come to life and the simplicity of it. The possibilities are really endless all you need is imagination :)
First of all, I love your blog! As a copic newbie, less than one month into ownership, I am totally in love with them. I recently bought some Gina K Luxury card stock and life in copic land is much better. I am so glad that I invested in these markers. I use the sketch markers for coloring only. I have not even looked into the airbrush system, yet! These markers are the post addictive craft thing that I have owned! It's really tough resisting all the great colors! Thanks for this great giveaway too!
I will love to have Copics. I have used them at my local stamp store and just love them!
I love my Copic markers and use them exclusively for coloring in images. I would LOVE to have an airbrush system!
I don't have a great story... I just really liked the cards I've seen using the markers and it sounded like they would be easy to work with. I started out with Chiaos so that's what I've been getting... I am still learning and trying to make them work. TFS!
I love Copic markers! I love to stamp and color. The colors are so beautiful. I am so glad I found your blog. You do beautiful work!
Sherrie, first of all, when are you next visiting Calgary? I couldn't make your last visit (my cousin would have been upset if I'd cut my visit for her wedding short to come home early - imagine!)
I love my Copics. I've scoured the web looking for tutorials on how to make me a better "colourer", but it doesn't help that I just love to soak my paper in all thoes luscious colours. I could really use a lesson in "muted shades". I've seen some folks work wonders, but I "have to" just keep colouring and colouring and colouring!
I love the range of colors on the Copic markers! I don't own any Copic markers (*yet*) and am dying to get my hands on some! I use an old marker set I purchased long before I knew about Copic (yikes how could I not know???) and it doesn't have the best colors...I love that colors displayed in this set too. Thanks for the chance to win!
Yeah for Copics! I'm a new investor with a tiny collection of only 6 but saving all of my extra pennies for more! I'm having fun practicing but looking forward to a certification class so I can color with the best of them!! Thanks for your wonderful inspiration!
I do love my copics - I love the way they blend and the wide variety of colors. I am collecting the sketch markers and the air brush system is at the top of my wish list. Thanks for the opportunity to win one!
What I love most about the Copics is that they don't leave marker lines when you color and even if you don't do all the beautiful shading, you can still color images that look great. I'm still on the learning curve for the shading but if I want to just color something one color, it still looks ok. I have a bunch of Sketch markers but am always looking for more colors and will start working on collecting the refills next. It is great that you are offering more classes and I hope that something can be offered in ND. Thanks for all you do.
I have long admired and envied people who colored beautifully with markers. I just never could get mine to look like theirs. I always had streaks and it would end up looking like a child had colored! Then someone told me to use another alcohol based marker and while I had a little better results than the regular markers, my coloring was still pretty awful. I gave up and just colored everything with colored pencils or water colors. When I started seeing all the beautiful cards being colored with copic markers I was sad that they were done with markers because I just knew I'd never be a marker user. But, the lovely work I kept seeing pulled me in and I finally decided to try out copics myself. I bought three markers just to practice, but I didn't have much faith they'd be any different. Imagine my surprise and delight when I saw how beautifully the colors blended and NO STREAKS! Finally I had found a marker that let me color like a true artist. Needless to say, I was hooked. That was about a year ago and I now have over 100 markers. I love them all, and I'd love to win!
Wow! I have been drooling over Copics for quite awhile now! I only have 7 Copic sketch markers and it's so hard to see those beautiful packs of them and not get them. I working on saving up to expand my collection although then I'll have to save to have more room to display and use them. ; ) Thanks for the great give away!!
Hi, I am glad to hear that you might be teaching classes in Washington state. I would just love to take a class. I have the sketch copics along with some ciao that I am replacing with sketch and then giving to my 11 year old daughter. Both of us use them to create cards and put on my blog..Which by the way I only started to share what fun Copics are and how they make even the most inexpierence person seem like a true artist... I could spend(and do sometimes) hours just blog hopping to see what beautiful things everyone creates with their copics..Thanks for this oppportunity, Lisa Gobea at l_gobea@yahoo.com
I am so excited about all the new
instructors. I try to find all the
blogs I can that highlight the
use of Copic markers. I have been
stamping for years and have loved
the cards where the image was colored. When I found out about Copics I was overjoyed. I am now interested in learning about color and how to choose the right combination for my project. I love when things match and was excited to learn that I could color my ribbon with Copics!! Fun, fun, fun!
Thank you so much for a chance to win Copics. I love them. They are the best!
I've never colored with anything as amazing as Copic markers. My addiction started when I was looking for a skin color for my stamping images. I NEVER found just the right shades...till I got my first Copic E00. That was the beginning of my addiction. Someday I hope (will) have all the marker colors. Copics...they do the body good!! hee hee hee
I have drooled over copic markers for about 8 months now. I only have 3 in my collection thus far but have added all of them to my wish list along with the air brush system for Christmas. My finances are very very limited at this time so it will be a while before I can add to my collection so thankyou for giving me the opportunity to win some.
With these puppies, everyone can be an artist!
I love copics and this is a GREAT giveaway ..I always need them ..I cant go back to pencils .They are wonderful ..I cant sayenough about my sketch markers except I need more ...Im hooked there wonderful for all my coloring for card making ..Blendable and smooth ..
thanks for a chance

I want Copic Markers so badly! My girlfriend bought them recently and she swears by them, too. She uses digital stamps, prints them out and colors them with Copic Markers! These markers are AMAZING! I just don't have enough money to start out with them. What a wonderful opportunity this is. Thank you and congratulations to the new Regional Instructors!
I just love copics--congrats to the new reps. I was at a certification class with you--You are one amazing girl. Love your work, and you taught me alot. The class was tons of fun and now I'm practicing. I love copics--they are so versatile and have so many possiblities. I'll never get bored of them.
WoW! What an awesome gift from the Copic Team! Thanks so much for the chance to win! I only have a few markers, but I love the look & ideas behind the Air Brush System-it's so neat & I'd love to add it to my collection. The part I love most about Copic Products is the blendability among the inks--I love how it creates depth in an image!
I love my Copic Markers and cann't wait to meet you in Montreal at the Scrapbook Centrale store on November 21st. Congrats
Hi, I am new to copics, but they really are fun to work with, I would love to take a class some day to learn to use them better.
I'm a first time visitor to your blog. I scrolled through your posts and WOW! You have an amazing talent.
Thank you so much for sharing! I'll be back to see more.
I have only owned my Copic Markers for a year now and am still in the process of adding to my collection of colors. I use them on my cards and for scrapbooking. I would love to try the air brush system and love the projects I see that use it.
Wow, Count me in. I'm just getting started with Copics - I love all the creations I see and am anxious to try it myself. I have about 20 markers, but, because of this challenging economy, I can usually only by one or two at a time. 12 at a time would be such a fantastic gift!
I salivate when I see the airbrush system - I've been pining over it for a year now! Sad, eh?
Thanks for the chance to win!!
Wow! So glad to see more opportunities to get certified.
I use COPICs in my card-making. I've been buying COPICs a couple at a time from my LSS, as funds permit. My collection is growing but I still need soooo many more. This fall, while on vacation, I decided I needed the larger airbrush system so I bought the ABS-1. I'm still finishing up the air on the smaller system so I haven't tried it out, but I'm looking forward to using it. :)
I love to color! I love haw these markers makes you look like a Pro!! I have a few sketch copics, I don't any others ones but love that little brush tip! i wish you can have like a online class so I can learn hoew to color like a real pro, thanks and wish me luck!! Gina F
After seeing all the wonderful creations colored with Copics on the designers blogs, I HAD to jump in! I am slowly building my collection, and each time I get a new one, my inspiration grows! They are the MOST treasured tool I own! The different techniques I've learned using them has made me feel like a true artist! There is NOTHING that compares to their blending and coloring capabilities. They truly make any image come alive! I only wish I had found out about them sooner! :)

The thought of what you can do with your Copics just makes me drool even more...I would love to win the set or the airbrush!!
Totally exciting. I only have three copics, but I love them!
I love my copics. They are great for coloring in my stamped images and for changing the color of emblishments to match my projects. I hope to get an ABS system soon.
Congrats and it sounds like you had so much fun! I'd love to meet all of you girls and get inside those creative minds of yours!! I started my Copic love affair a couple years ago but only really learned how to use them this year for blending and creating the amazing effects they can! I have a handful of markers but adore each and every one of them hoping to someday have the entire collection - yep, I dream big! I use them for all my card making and scrapbooking needs and have even used them a time or two in my jewelry making!!! Thanks for the chance to win!
I'm new to Copic Markers. I recently took 2 classes and fell in love with all of the capabilities they have.
Love LOVE the copic sketch markers! With the variety of colors they offer in the sketch..omg be still my heart! LOL! As a lover of anything with color, I have to have them ALL, and one day....!! They are THE best medium for coloring stamped images with, and you can really achieve an awesome colored image even with only ONE marker if you so chose! By shading with that single marker even!
Wahoo for Sherri and Copic! How exciting for all the instructors. I love my Copic sketch markers and set of Spicas. I hope to expand both collections soon. I went with the Sketch because of the refillable option, but have difficulty finding refills. My LSS don't carry them at all and most of my online shopping haunts have extremely limited options or just none. It's not all bad, because it pushes me to get creative with the markers I have and find new options for coloring. I'm anxiously awaiting the new schedules and hope to make a class!
I do not have any copic markers but they are on my wish list this year (hope Santa is listening)! I was always the child in class that wasn't happy with just the 8 crayons in a box - I always wanted the box of 64 colors!, which makes me LOVE that copic has so many shades of the color spectrum to choose from. Thanks for the chance to color my world !!
I love using my copic ciaos. I often use them to color scrapbooking "items", acrylic tiles, metal items. They are just wonderfully versatile!
I am loving my Copic Sketch Markers! As someone without an art degree, I can still make my images look professional. The blogs provide wonderful instruction and inspiration. Thanks Copic!
Copics rock! I wouldn't give mine up for anything. I would love to attend a class if one ever comes close by.
When I discovered Copic markers I was a little apprehensive, but once I tried them, I was hooked! The colors are rich and vibrant and when I received a card one year for Christmas that had been colored with Copics, I swore it was a store bought card! The colors are perfect!
Practice makes perfect (and I use alot of your guys examples as guides) - but have realized that to get the best results you do need a good variety of markers. I have a huge wish list!!
I love the copic sketch markers I just got a few of them and am learning my way but they are so easy to use I have a muscle disease and arthritis and other coloring products take more pressure and time to use and the pain with them it's not easy to deal with but with copics I do not get that they glide so easily its wonderful to have a product that makes working on projects more fun and less painfulThank you!!!

CONGRATS on being a Copic Teacher...what exciting news! That would be my dream job! I am a TOTAL Copic Addict! I am well on my way to housing every color in my marker family! (Love your picture of all the markers...WOW that would be heaven!) I never realized how much I LOVE to color until my venture with Copics began a little over 1 1/2 years ago....now you can't keep my Copic markers out of my hands, I think I would do the dishes with a Copic in hand coloring if it were possible! hee hee! The colors Copic has are absolutely amazing and the blending and hues/shades you can achieve with the markers is phenomenal! I am so proud to say that I am Copic Certified and can't wait to share my excitement with others someday while teaching about these wonderful products! I am hoping to add the ABS to my collection VERY soon and then will probably be air brushing EVERYTHING in site...my hubby better look out or his new garage workbench will be airbrushed pink!
BIG HUGS~ Kim
One of the many reasons I love my Copics is that they appeal to my collector's nature. I want them, I want them all, and I take great pleasure in creating lists of what I have, what I need, an Excel spreadsheet to print off and colour in.... The appeal to the collector in me, as well as the colour-er.
I am addicted to my copics and following and watching Thinking Inking blog was the cause of this wonderful addiction..... I love coloring and Copics are the BEST of the Best tools for this....
I would love to win some more and thank you all for the opportunity...
I do not own any copic markers, but am very envious of those who do. They are definitely on my wish list for Christmas, as I love the awesome color selection, and how the colors allow blending to look so natural.
Oh man....to have an air brush system! I have seen it work and I have been drooling. This was on my Christmas wish list until my DD decided to get married this coming March!
Love my copics. Love checking out the blogs and seeing how others have coloured images.
I discovered Copic Markers in May of 2009. I've never looked back since! One copic creation and I was in love!
The colors are so rich and vibrant! I have colored pencils, H20's, etc..nothing can compare to the vibrant colors and shading you get with Copic Markers!
I was so in love, in June of 2009 I started a group called Copic Buzz. Our group is now 345 members strong! We share information, our creative projects, color combos, anything Copic related you can find there!About a month after that our group started a challenge blog also called Copic Buzz. Yes, We are all hooked!
I became a Copic Certified Designer in Oct 2009. Not because I wanted to teach but because I wanted to know all the little details I could learn! And..boy was it worth it!
The minute I saw the Airbrush System in the class, well yep you can guess! I had to have that also! It is amzaing! I have said goodbye to all the dirty sponges and messy fingers I used to have!
Why you ask do we love Copics..well besides the vibrant and rich colors, did you know you can color just about anything? Buttons, ribbon, metal, wood, fabric, you name it Copic Markers will color it!
To show you what I mean, here is a card I created where all the embellishements are colored with Copic Markers!
http://scrapworld-scrap2day.blogspot.com/2009/10/snow-fairy.html
The button, ribbon, and pearls were all colored with my beloved Copic Markers!
Isn't it awesome that you can buy all white embellishments and simply color them with your Copics and the whole project will be color cordinated?
Simply Amazing!
Congrats to all the DT memebers!
Love my copic markers!
Got my certification last spring and then purchased my first 36 ciao set. Love them!
I am still struggling to learn the art of coloring with copics. It seems you either love them immediately, don't like them, or like me, struggle to learn how to create with them. Paper too plays such an important role in the process. I have found so many different ways that stampers have found to color with these markers by searching a ton of blogs. I think the key is to practice and find a method that works for you even if you don't follow the rules. Make your own rules and remember that we are our own worst critiques so be nice to yourself.
thanks much
I am a Copic wanna-be! I haven't purchased my first one yet, but I think about it every time I check your blog. I just wish I had the TIME to really learn how to use them!
Love Copic markers , they are so easy to use and the color variety is gorgeous. I've tried other mediums but no one better than Copics. Thanks for sharing.
Glad you had fun meeting up!
Why do I love my Copics? Smooth and fast colour over large areas, infinite blending and shading possibilities, ability to build up areas of light and shade with a single colour just by layering, fun effects with blending solution and custom colouring of non-porous embellishments to name a few! I'm still having fun experimenting and that's the joy for me - a tool that keeps on delivering fun!
I am a dedicated card maker and absolutely, positively LOVE the craft and all that it entails. I don't have Copics yet [financial constraints, ya know...] but would truly appreciate winning some so I could add another dimension to this wonderful craft!
I wish that I had Copic markers because of all the wonderful projects I've seen using them. They seem to have the best colors and blending abilities of any markers on the market. I would really love to win my very first Copic markers on this blog!
Jes
Whenever I see a card on a blog that really jumps out at me what I notice first is the coloring. That coloring is always done with Copic markers. The colors are so rich and vibrant that they make the image look as if you can touch it on the computer screen. I love the variety of colors, what you can do with them, their vibrancy and richness, and that they leave a no streak flawless finish. I do not own any Copics yet but they are on my wish list and I can not wait to purchase a set to create with as well as take a class on how to use them to their fullest potential.
I have been drooling over Copic Markers ever since I discovered they existed! All of the wonderful designs that can be created using them are such an inspiration. I'd love a set to call my own.
Congrats Sherrie! I am even more addicted to my Copic now that I am Copic Certified. I have started teaching classes here in my local community and I'm hoping to get my Copic hooked people to to share my passion. Thanks for a wonderful class in Calgary..... thanks from the lady with the other air compressor in Calgary....
Allison.
Life has not been the same since discovering Copics! My poor watercolour pencils sit lonely and neglected in a drawer while my Copics take centre stage - right out there - front and centre! The only problem is they sometimes wish they had more company - you know - the more, the merrier!
Shannors
(sorry, I wasn't able to sign in)
Loved taking that class at Precious Memories with you recently and I love the Copics for their versatility and I think the airbrushing makes them just that much more fun!
I am new to Copic,I use the sketch markers and I only have a few. So, I am keeping my fingers crossed to win. I scrapbook but am trying to get into stamping and making cards and love the markers so far for their ease of use.
kcscrapper4u@everestkc.net
Love my copics! Gotta get more!
I love using copic makers. Ever since the first time I tried them I was adicted! They make the image come to life. They're so... much fun to color with. Reading the tips on the blogs are great learning tools too. In the crafting world there is always room to grow. Thanks.
've been learning how to use the airbrush system. Love it for backgrounds and 3D things (like flowers and snowflakes)!!
Congrats to the new team - I'm always inspired by these ladies!
hi sherrie! I have been completely obsessed since the certification you did in August!(Calgary)and the classes at the scrapbook pantry.
I am officially addicted to my copic Markers!! I love to sit and color. It is very theraputic! I play with different color combintions I now have over 100 images colored now I need to do something with them!!
Copics are an addiction! I'm sure many people out there would agree. I thought I'd start with one Ciao box. Then I needed to add a few more. And so on... I'm still learning, but my stamp colouring is improving. Having the right paper seemed to make a big difference for me. I'd love to try some of the glitter pens also!
I have some copics but need to add to my stash! Would absolutely love to win the airbrush system!
Robbie
What's not to love about Copics? All those yummy colours, the way they make stamped images come to life... as far as addictions go, Copics are harmless & fun (although they are becoming an expensive addiction for me!!).
I took a Copic class at my LSS a couple months ago and was very disappointed. I had bought three Copics before the class but since have not continued. But I think they make such a difference. I've been studying blog posts and tutorials and as much as I love to take face to face classes to learn new things I may have to find other ways to learn or ask my LSS to get someone else to teach them. Thanks for the chance to win!
Hi Sherrie. Congrats on the blog team. I'll look forward to seeing what you can do with Copics.
I love mine for lots of reasons. One of my favorites is that you don't see the marker lines when coloring. It makes a world of difference.
I wish I could have been there with you!! I should go to jail because of all the people I have hooked on copics! It's not a crime, yet?!
Wow! What great prizes!
I use Copic Sketch Markers for coloring stamped images on hand-made greeting cards. I've been making cards for over 15 years, and have gone through many types of markers. They all either fade, wear out, or dry out so quickly that the true cost was astronomical. When I started using Copics last year, I found not only the solution to those problems, but the ability to truly create the color shading effect that makes each and every card stunning. They've really opened up a whole new way to create cards, and have revitalized my creativity!
I find the Copics so much easier to blend colours then ink pens. I only have a few but I just love the ones I have. No one sells them where I live so it's hard for me to get them. Unfortunately I had to have brain surgery which forced me on to Long Term Disability so my crafting budget was cut quite a bit...but Copics are a necessity, right?
congratulations, Sherrie! I love copics but only have 1 set and hope that changes some day - they
are fun & easy to use
I LOVE to color on my cards. I have tried many mediums before, but now after trying Copics I will never go back. The ease of coloring, shading and blending thrills me to my core. I am so grateful that I finally gave in, took a beginner class and am now on the way to owning some! Thanks for the knowledge you provide, and share freely! It makes it so much better!!
I love copics! All of them, any color. I'm always trying to perfect my technique. TFS
I'm just learning how to use Copic markers. I'm amazed at how well they blend. Plus the saturated color make any drawing come to life.
I would love some Copics! I'm sure I'll be hooked. So, where does everyone buy them. We don't have Scrapbook stores here. Someone mentioned joining a "club" to buy them through. What is that?
I am sooooo in love with my Copic markers (I have both Sketch & Caio)! One of my favorite childhood pastimes was coloring with Crayola Crayons. That passion has been replaced by Copics (although I do miss the crayon smell…LOL).
I am mainly a cardmaker. I began rubber stamping with friends over 15 years ago & had tired of the usual ways to color my images so my stamps just sat in boxes…….unused. Then about 2 years ago I sold them all…..well over 1,000. I thought I would never stamp again.
A few months ago a dear friend introduced me to the wonderful world of Copics & I was hooked. It has renewed my love for coloring images. Copic markers blend so beautifully together & bring my images to life. No more crayons for me. My Copics are the only way I “color”. They make me feel like a “real” artist!
Since then I have been buying both clear & rubber stamps as well as digi images. My collection of stamps & Copic markers is growing fast (a girl can never have too many of either one). Some day I would love to own the airbrush system. It would be a perfect way to give my cards that beautiful finished touch.
Thank you so much for the offer.
Huggies ~
Sharron
I have no Copics, but I have a big wish for christmas (Do you know what it is!?)...
I love the endless possibilities and every single color of COPICS.
Would love to work with them.
I own a tonne of Copics, got certified at CHA in January 2009 and right now, I use copics as a colourful display on my desk!
Sad, eh? I love them tough... just need to be inspired to colour! And I wish I had more confidence to play with them... and do it well!
Ahh... Copic markers...
I've heard such wonderful things about these markers that I make it my goal to own every color available. The joy that hand crafted cards bring to the receiver is only enhanced by the beauty created by of markers.
Thank you for all your inspiration on this blog - you do an awesome job.
Copics have changed my life!! I'm so hooked. Why is it that no matter how many colors I have, i never seem to have the right one? Maybe i will by the time I have all 334 of them ... love the quality, the colors ... and sherrie, you're awesome!!
I don't have any copics yet but it's easy to see how they can really add punch to your stamping! Maybe I'll get lucky in the draw :)
Love my sketch markers. They are a new product for me so would love to win and add some to my collection.
I would love to win some markers. I have not used Copic markers, but I am so in love with the project created using the markers. I am building a stamp collection and hae to make a decision as to what I will used to color in the art. I have been told go Copic all the way. So please pick e so I can start a new chapter in my crafting.
I love sketch markers and am loving the colors.
I don't own any Copics and I drool over all the cards I see using them...they are a must have...wish my hubby would shop online for me for Christmas...but he's too "old school" and wouldn't even think of it..so I will just have to buy them myself...I just "gotta" have them!
What a wonderful giveaway! I am very close to buying myself a set after spending close to a year admiring the results I see in the blog world. Great to know that we have a team member for Western Canada, you! That's where I'm from!
Melisa Hunter
I resisted Copic's for so long then I bought 25 in a Ebay auction and the 'Obsession' started. I started playing with these and begged everyone I knew for images I could color. That's when I realized you need a special ink for the Copic's images but that didn't stop me I continued coloring and following Marianne's blog. I took certification classes in April just a few weeks after major back surgery. I learned so much in that class just fulfilling my obsession even farther. I now have 169 colors in Sketch, Ciao, Original and I even have one in Wide. I dedicate at least one hour a day to Copic's coloring, blending and technique'. I may not be the best but I love coloring with Copic's and guarentee once you work with them for a while you'll feel the obsession also, I cannot endorse Copic's enough, its the best thing to hit the Craft world.
God Bless,
Jeanine

I love my copic markers! They are one of my favorites among my craft supplies. They're so versatile and coloring with them is so much fun. Would love to have the ABS 1 :)
I am a Copic "newbie" and am just learning how to blend and color with sketch markers. I also have the mini airbrush (canned air) and love spraying on backgrounds for my images. They are so fun to use! Thanks for the chance to win.
I use my copics to color stamped images. I just wish I was better at using them! I have Sketch markers
C is for Colour - and there are so MANY colours in the Copic lines.
O is for Outstanding quality and richness of the colours.
P is for the Pained expression on my husband's face when he sees I bought more markers.
I is for I love Copic markers!
C is for (you guessed it) COPIC - yay Copic!
Congratulations and welcome to the new instructors! I use my Copics all the time - for coloring stamped images, rhinestones, pearls, ribbon, and even crochet thread for buttons. They are one thing in my craft room I would rather not think about having to live without!
i love the way the airbrushing looks. i only have one copic, a med skin tone, and i would love to be able to play and blend with more. thanks.
Copic (n.): Colorful Magic Fairy Sprinkles in marker form. Simply remove cap and transform an embellishment from ordinary to extraordinary in just a few strokes! (Note: This definition not yet found in any official dictionary currently in publication, but I guarantee anyone who has ever tried a Copic on a clear gem, white pearl, or light-colored paper/fabric flower will agree it should be!!!)
I have resisted using Copics until Summer CHA where I had the opportunity to color with them and just fell in love with them....Now I am saving my pennies for my first set....Who knows maybe I could win my first set of prized babies!!!!!!
I've been using the Sketch for almost a year now and I can't go back to anything else! I'm a card maker and the colors that copics have just makes the images I color come to live! Thank you for a chance to win! I need ALL the colors!
It is because of Debbie Olson that I am a Copic lover. I owned a bunch and decided that they just weren't the marker that everyone said they were. I posted on a forum about my dislike of them and Debbie responded very kindly and told me to give them a chance and it took practice. I emailed Debbie several times with questions and she very kindly answered all my questions and every single email I sent her.
I had decided that I was going to sell my markers on an auction site because I just wasn't getting the hang of them. I finally took a class at a local rubber stamp store and it literally changed my stamping life. The woman teacher was so thorough with instructing us about how they work differently from other "typical" markers.
I am so glad that I hung in there and learned how to use them. They are the best thing out there. I am so pleased now with the results that I get with the markers that I have.
Copics are red, Copics are blue ... I love my Copics ... how about you ?
LOVE LOVE LOVE my Copic Ciao’s. I was introduced to them my by dear friend Kathy one month ago. She MADE me try hers….I had been resisting all weekend at our girls retreat…I was afraid to LOVE them and start a new addiction. Finally she got tired of my drooling over her shoulder at her amazing creations, so she told me to sit down, be quiet (not her exact words), and shoved one in my hand…..oh my, the rest is history. Thanks to her peer pressure…My name is Tracey and I am a Copic lover :)))
I have been using copics for years, and I am still using the same markers, many of which have not even needed a refill! I've used competing brands of markers, all of which dried out in under a year - even the marker colors which I did not use. The ink quality and seal on the copics are definitely better than the other markers out there.
Even though I do not have the markers mastered, I really want to know more about the airbrush system. Just having the sprayed background really changes the end product. I am taking the certification class on the 22nd and I can't wait. Thanks for all the support and suggestions for using Copics.
congratulations on being a regional instructor, your talent, no surprise. I use my copics for creating greeting cards, do not have the airbrush sy. Copics give such a vibrant bending of colors.
I need more copics to play with
Hello from Idaho. I LOVE MY COPICS! They make me feel artistic - even when I know I am not. I love how well the colors blend together - and the blender pen is my lifesaver when I go outside the lines. Will never color with anything else ever again!
Reading blogs around the world of so many creative spirits using Copics has me wanting my own! Coloring zips me back in time to when I was a child, creative and free. Copic Markers that come in every color and shade of the rainbow is my equivalent of a fully stocked toybox and I want to play!!!
I fell in love with these morsels of ink just over a year now. And through a good friend, started buying and using (although that sounds like a drug addict - it somewhat is!!! Bwhahahahaha!!)and I now own over 100 of the vibrant sketch colors. I love the professional look you get from using them, and all the blending capabilities! This summer, I had the pleasure of meeting Sherri S. in the certification program. She was an absolute hoot to work with and part of a fun filled day! Copics are da bomb!!! MWAH~
I love that more instructors will be able to spread the word about these markers. I have always been intimidated by coloring stamped images, but these markers make it easier.
I love my copic markers! I have tried so many different coloring mediums and although I have a long way to go to become proficient in it, these markers have proven to be the best choice for me. It is fun to work with and even at the beginner stage that I’m in, this is the first time I am happy with my coloring and feel confident that with more and more practice, I can be even better (whereas with the other mediums I would give up using them very quickly and not even feel motivated enough to continue using). My wish list is very short now—my list from 1 to 10 starts with 1st choice: copics and ends there!
I love the effect Copics can have. Right now I only have some pale gray & blue for shadows and pale skin colors for skin. I hope to add to my collection as I learn more!
I get so enthusiastic when I start talking about the Copic markers that people have asked me if I sell them. I tell them that if they ever used one of these markers they would ditch any of the ones they presently have. The color spectrum is amazing.
I make my own cards and I love that my Copic markers will match any cardstock or pattern paper. The colors are rich, true, and soft if needed.
I have 2 sets of Ciao
Karen S
I love Copic markers! I don't have many, but I am slowly adding to my collection. I use the Sketch markers on my stamped images. They cover beautifully and blend so well.
Ronda C.
What an exciting team of instructors! I live close to Colleen so maybe I'll be able to get certified!! I use Copics for cardmaking. I enjoy them because they make my work look truely artistic & I've never had an art lesson! It's all in the blending!
I only have about 15 Copics but would love more!! I use them to color in stamped images to use on cards. Robin P.
I absolutely love copic sketch markers. I love the colors/blending of colors, the challenge of getting the image to look awesome when colored and I also love the opportunity to win some of these amazing markers...thanks for sharing that opportunity
I have just started using copics and I really love the rich, vibrant colors. I enjoy learning new techniques. Now, I just need more markers - I only have 7.
Copic markers make me love to craft again--I don't get caught up in producing or feeling like I *have* to do something--I just do it and it's fun.
One of my favorite Copic products is the spica glitter pens. I just love to add a little sparkle to everything.
I don't own any Copics, but that is about to change very soon. I just need to figure out which colors I use most often. I often, in fact almost daily, think to myself, "This would be so much easier and look so much better if I had some Copics." I want my crafts to be comparable to the ones I see in all the forums and galleries, and I know Copics will be a huge part of making this transition.
I got to use copic markers for the first time this past weekend and just love how they blend. The colors are so rich and the markers themselves so comfortable. I would so love a set as they are completely unaffordable at this time. My dh is having spinal surgery and will be out of work for the next 3-9 months. Thanks for the chance and happy holidays to all!
Sherrie thanks for sharing your talents with us in the blog world. I love your card from yesterday...so cute.
Congrats to the new Instructors and Blog Team! I love my Copic Sketch markers for lots of reasons...but first and foremost all the wonderful colors. I've found that I can just about match any project I'm working on. I've used them on stamped images, crystal jewels to change the color and I've also used them on threads to match beads that I needed for an apron project. Would love to have more markers...but for today I will be thankful more those that I do have. Thanks for a great tool for so many projects. Nancy in So Cal.
I love you work. I have learned so much. Can't wait till there are more classes near me.
I'm pretty new to Copics and I have a few of the Sketch markers. I need lots more practice and would love to take some classes sometime!
Really excited that you have each person dedicated to a region! I've been trying to practice and each time, I've been amazed at the colors!
I dont currently own any copics, but recently had the chance to use them. Am saving up to start my collection!
I wish I had some Copic markers so I could be more creative in my card making!
With Copics your cards look like little pieces of artwork. I love them, they are easy to use and the results are spectacular. I would love to try the ABS-1.
thank you for this wonderful giveaway
BMZ
Congratulations on making the Dream Team.
What better way to color than to Copic Color. I love my markers I only wish I had found them sooner. I only purchased my first ones earlier this year. took my certification class with Marianne Walker in April. It was awesome. I am still learning slowly. I hand color and use my airbrush. I love to experiment using them on paper to aluminum cans. It is exciting to see all the great ways they can be used. I hope to get good enough to teach locally so others can benefits from such a great product. Thank you.

I don't own any Copic's but would love to get in on the fun. As a 30 something I am known to pull out a coloring book and crayons just for my own coloring pleasure.
I prefer Sketchers as they don't roll around.
Sherrie! So glad to see you cover Western Canada... here's hoping you can come to Winnipeg sometime!
I am a very new Copic user; just got my first ones a few weeks back and have been practicing and learning as much as I can. So far I've used my Sketch markers to create a hand-drawn image of deer, a reindeer card, and some sample images for my small artists portfolio that I can refer to later. Images are on my blog.
Great to visit your blog; I shall have to link you on mine too!
I don't own any copics, but the more I see them used the more I wish I did. I tend to watercolour images, but sometimes it's just frustrating waiting for the water to dry before adding another colour, depending on the look you're going for. Copics look fantastic for blend-ability, and so many techniques are possible.
I'm very impressed with the rich detail I can achieve with these markers. They are a fun addition to my coloring.
Fantastic news....Congrats!! It's so nice seeing all the blogs and videos out there with great tips and inspiration.
I've never had or tried the Copic markers, but after reading the card making blogs, I'm thinking I'm really missing a wonderful opportunity to enhance my cards. When there's been a stamp to color, I usually use my watercolors or colored pencils with mixed results. I'd love to be a winner, learn to use them, and become a Copic advocate!
Cope with the day by using your COPIC markers! You can make the day shine, or perhaps the day feels more blue, a pastel to welcome baby, or a blend of hue! That is probably why these markers are so much fun, easy to shade colors and make your own! Would love to win a set!
I love my copics, and hope to be able to take a certification class soon.... Congrats!!
I do hope that one day, certification classes come to Australia near where I live. I would love to complete such a class and am sure I would have so many of my questions answered! Copics are such great art tools. They remind me of a paint brush that never runs out of colour. I love being able to layer colours on an image to make the shadows and folds appear. It's a new addiction for me so being able to choose another 12 markers to add ot my seven would be heavenly!
Thank you for this chance to win some markers :)
I love the Copics I have. I use
the light gray for shadows as it
is so quick and easy. I'm still
learning to use the others and
having lots of fun with them, but
have a long way to go. Thanks!
Diane H.
Frankly there is not another product on the market that delivers the quality, richness and professional look that Copic provides. When I first read about Copics I shopped at a couple of local art stores to make my inital purchase. At the time none of them carried Copic, however one did carry a different brand name of alcohol markers. After being assured they were just as good a Copics I bought a large set (72 markers-an expensive investment for a beginner). In the meantime my best friend ordered her first set of Copics online. When we finally got together to make cards we shared our markers and I was amazed by the difference between the 2 brands. The Copics had a brilliance and brightness that my markers did not,not to mention a much larger range of colors and pen styles.I immediately returned my markers to the store and placed my first online order for Copics.I am thrilled to use them every time I pull them out and equally happy that they are now more readily available to crafters.Keep up the excellent work!
I looooove my Copic sketch markers because they make me look like a better artist that I really am!
Congrats to the new girls! I can't say enough about Copics...they are heavenly. I still have a goal of taking a certification class...thanks for a chance to win!
I love my copics... I use them all the time to color in my images on my cards and on my various other project... I don't know why it took me so long to fall in love with them
I love the versatility of the copics, and you don't need a lot of them to have a wide variety of colors. Just a few basic colors in deep and light shades to blend and you have practically any color and shade you might need. Of course, the colorless blender is an absolute must :)
I love to color and Copic markers make me feel young again! I love going to different blogs to see the way they are used. I can hardly wait until I get more.
I love how copics have made me a better cardmaker and scrapbooker. They blend so well, make it so much easier to highlight parts of images and just give a more polished look to my products. I am so happy that I discovered them!
I don't own any Copics yet and would love to try them out. The coloring results that your team achieves with them are just amazing and puts my coloring to shame. Thanks for a very generous chance to win.
I only have a few Copics so far but I love how easy they are to blend. They make me feel like I actually have some talent in coloring in images! Of course, I'd love to win some more and be able to expand my options when it comes to coloring images. Thanks!
What a nice opportunity to win some copics. I have many but there are so many colors it's hard to choose what you need next but I am always looking for ways to add to my collection.
I am so excited to hear about the new team of amazing designers. I hope I get a chance to meet you soon at a Western Canadian certification.
I love the idea that copics can be used on so many surfaces. I love that they blend perfectly on paper and that they can be used on glass, metal and other non-porous surfaces.
I love every Copic product I have tried - the Sketch markers are my favorite shaped pen, I adore the Spicas and just how cool is the airbrush system?
hugs,
Gini

I would love to win some markers. I have not used Copic markers, but I am loving the projects created using the markers. I have been told go Copic all the way, not waste time with any other inferior markers. And I will, for sure.
I use my Copics to make wonderful cards for family, friends and overseas service people.
Getting into making someone happy by sending that card in the mail just for them. I love to get snail mail and wish more people took that extra step.
Your work is beautiful! I wish I had Copics, they look like a lot of fun to use and the things people create with them are gorgeous!
Congratulations on being a regional copic member .... I have just started using Copics ... I see all the great sample on all the blogs and love the end result ... I can hardly wait till a certification class comes to my area in 2010.
My Copic Story.
I was doing some DT work for a stamp company {I will not mention} and the company had promised to reimburse me for the purchase of some Copic markers. The day I submitted the purchase information the owner started to be very rude.
So I decided to reigned. I only asked for the reimbursement and forgot about the stamps that the were to send. I never posted on my blog or contacted the other DTs to say what happened. I just slipped away.
Well the truth was I could not afford the Copics and got no reimbursement. So I tried to sell them on-line since I had only used them 2 time for the DT. I thought I live near an art school and a Animation college thought it should sell fast. Well, it never did, in 2 months i got 1 inquiry.
I started to use them again. And the images looked so great! Now I am IN LOVE with COPIC but I still can't afford to buy any more... I would totally appreciate the gift if I was chosen.~thanks
I LOVE how easy the copics are to use!!
I just LOVE Copic markers because of their exquisite blendability. They produce such a professional look that is unmatched. Sadly I don't own a single one, but a girl can dream.
My copic markers are the most used tool in my scrap room (and in front of the tv.) Coloring is very relaxing and soothing, and I am always so pleased with the smooth blending and gorgeous shading that these markers are capable of. I'm constantly improving my skills and find that my friends are coming to me for coloring advice! LOL!
Copics are kind of additive I must admit. Even just having a few colors is fun because they add such snap to my stamped images. The airbushing system looks so beautiful. I have not dared to try that yet! one thing at a time.
I do not currently own any Copic markers but would absolutely love to try them out. I've seen so many gorgeous projects boasting their beautiful color schemes and love the shades of vibrant color they create. I'd also really love to try etching into them with a blender pen... such a neat technique! Thanks for the chance to win!
Copics make your projects/cards so much more professional looking. I would love to take a class and hopr one will be coming to my area soon that is geared to the hobbyist not a store owner.

Hi Sherrie.
I am relatively new to copics and to be honest, they intimidate me. I see so many beautiful creations using them and when I try, it just doesn't look that good; however, I am signed up to take a class next weekend and can't wait to get started.
Thanks for the chance to win
Janet
I have just discovered Copics and can't wait to build up my stash. To me, there is nothing better for adding color to your projects. The clarity and richness alone make them worth it. I can only get one per month but eventually, if I live long enough, I will have them all! Ellek
Congratulations on another great Copic Team! I'm very excited about someone being in Atlanta!!!
I bought my first Copic markers because I loved the vibrant colors and the fact that they blend seamlessly, without lines, and don't pill the paper, unlike water-based markers, no matter how much you color over the same spot. They also have less of a chance of getting muddy compared to watercolors. My cards look so much more professional when I use my Copics and the range of colors is unmatched. My artistic coloring ability has really blossomed from using my Copic markers and following the Copic designers' blogs. They are undoubtedly one of the best investments in my stamp room.
I love my Copics because they blend so well and do such a great job of coloring and adding life to my projects. I have tried other brands of alcohol markers but they did not blend as well and were a heck of a lot stinkier! The blending solution really adds to the versatility of the Copics! Add the fact that they don't pill your paper and can be used on any surface and you have a winner!
I am so jealous -- that sounds like SO much fun! YAY Lori! Love that girl, she is just sweetness!
I use the copic ciao markers, because I am a beginner, but I love how smoothly they go on the paper, how easily they blend, and how awesome and vibrant my finished projects look! Copics are AMAZING!!!
I've been eyeing Copic markers for months, as I see so many wonderful cards so artfully complemented by the assortment of colors. I'm intrigued by the ability to blend colors and would love the opportunity to try out a set of these markers.
I love using Copic markers on all my crafting projects from scrapbooking, rubber stamping, color coordinating embellishments and just making the ordinary EXTRAordinary! The huge variety of colors is like a grown-ups big box of crayons...I'm so glad to see the new set of colors has arrived, too. I check out lots of blogs on a daily basis and the best ones always use Copics!
Welcome to the COPIC team, ladies! Ya know you've got a serious addiction when you have a change jar dedicated to your next COPIC marker purchase! *LOL* I've been building my collection for almost a year now & I'm up to 70 Sketch markers. I really love how easy they are to use - layering, blending, the depth & vibrancy...I love my COPICs!!!
Thanks for the opportunity to win!
-hugs-
Blending with Copic markers is an adventure that always leads me in a fun direction. I am now courageous enough to blend marker on marker, go over the whole area with the lightest color in my group and soften all of the edges with the blender pen. My projects are always ready for new colors and techniques.
I am completely in love with my Copics. This came as a suprise to me, since I swore that I wasn't going to buy them. And now, here I sit, with probably 75% of the colors, and more on the way! I love the way that the colors blend, and the fact that such a wide range of colors are available.
Copics have completely changed the way I "color". They make even a non-artist like myself look like a pro!
I used to watercolor and use Prismacolors with stamped images, until I found Copics. Thanks to Marianne's wonderful blog, I have taught myself how to use these wonderful markers. I am still a novice, but with so much inspiration available I am learning fast. I have the basic 36 Sketch set plus about 12 more colors. I need MORE!! I use them primarily with stamped images and to color embellishments, but I recently purchased the Multiliner SP set with 10 pens. I would like to start making my own sketches to color, and eventually would like to create digi-stamps!
I love Copic markers because they remind me of the coloring I did as a child. Have a handful of Copics is like opening a new box of crayons. They are so easy to use because of their blendability. I am retired and spend my days coloring with my Copics....what a great way to spend my time!
I hear the copic markers are very addictive ... I would love to give them a go LOL!
I love my copics. They make everything you color just "pop". It makes the image look so real.
Thanks for a chance to win.
I do have many of the Ciao markers, but don't use them as often as I'd like. I need to learn how to use them better. But I think they're great!
I am so happy to see the Copic Markers becoming a main stream art medium. It has been frustrating not being able to find them in stores. I can get them online but very few Art supply stores have them. They are such a wonderful way to be artisitic and produce beautiful art work while still being able to revisit the days of childhood and coloring. Love these markers.
I LOVE. LOVE. LOVE Copic Sketch Markers! I'm still experimenting with the ones I have, but I don't think I'll ever have enough until I have all 322 of them. The colors are so luscious, I just want to "lick them". Copics have the transparency and beauty of watercolors, but are so much more convenient, and portable. No water to spill, or brushes to clean (the brush is already built in). I won't leave town without them!
I love my copics they are the best investment ever made. They make my images pop right off the cards I make with them.
I love my copics, I don't have that many but I use all that I do have. I'm not very good at coloring but I find it very relaxing. I'm looking forward to all the new things everyone is going to come with.
Jannette D.
I grew up loving coloring books. All you had to do was give me a coloring book and a big box of crayons and I could easily entertain myself for hours. When I started stamping, I thought I would love to color in images - but to my surprise, I didn't! In fact, I hated it! I tried nearly every coloring medium available, but I just could not get the look nor with the color range that I wanted. So, I restricted myself to buying solid imagine stamps or ones that needed very little coloring. After reading all the rave reviews about Copics, I was convinced that I needed to give them a try. A few weeks ago, I attended a short 2-hour Copic class and fell in love! Not only do I have plenty of options with 334 colors, but I am also learning to get the exact look that I want with their awesome blending abilities. I have finally found my perfect coloring medium!
Love my Sketch Copics and using them on coloring my images for card making and scrapbooking.
I'm another HUGE Copic fan! Love, love, love them. I'm still learning all of the different techniques, and each one amazes me. Such a versitle marker...these are your kid's markers...that's for sure :0)
