Friend
Happy Tuesday! What a nice long weekend we had here in Canada....the weather cooperated for the most part. The sun is shining today and it put me in the mood to pull out my lil' garden gnome.
I paper pieced his hat and the rest of him I colored with my copics. I airbrushed a few clouds too.
I used the wonderful CPS sketch for this card. If you are ever in need of card sketch ideas...this is a wonderful place to find them.
The sketch inspired my "string o' buttons" along the bottom adding some more fun whimsy to the design.
Here are all the deets:
Stamps:
Forest Friendzy (Kim Hughes Collection) by Cornish Heritage Farms
Ink:
Tuxedo Black Memento (Tsukineko)
Paper:
Hometown (October Afternoon)
Felt (Prima)
Natural Smooth, Black (Prism)
Accessories:
Copic Markers
Air Brush System (Copic)
Buttons (Making Memories)
Twine
Thanks for the look and enjoy your day!

Every single time I see this little guy, he makes me smile ... I think I may 'need him' ... fabulous card.
cute, cutie, cutie-pie! Love it!
Admitedly, I'm a little biased, because I love anything created with a Kim Hughes set, but this card is adorable. I love the row of buttons and the contrast on the boots!
