One of the wonderful joys of Easter.....chocolate! I have a HUGE sweet tooth so the kids guard their easter baskets. I have been known to snitch a purdy's easter egg or two or!
Easter is creeping up quickly and I got to work with these wonderful images that Asela has drawn for CHF just in the nick of time! I started with my patterned paper and decided that if I cut out one of the circles of the dp my little chocolate egg could fit in snuggly. Sewing around that curve was a little tricky though. Tip: Keep lifting and adjusting the presser foot with each stitch when going around tight curves to prevent going off track.

Here's the card Recipe:
MMMMM.Chocolate,Chick 'N Egg (Cornish Heritage Farms)
espresso (adirondack)
white (papertrey)
Lily Kate DP (basic grey)
copic markers and black liner
brown satin ribbon
dew drop
yellow liquid pearls (on egg)

Happy Stamping!

Wow, this is wonderful! That chick is so cute, the dp is gorgeous and I would probably try eating the chocolate egg if that card were here IRL, lol.
