First of all for those curious minds that wanted to know...."what's in the bag?" from yesterday's post, well not too much excitement, just some paper trash that hit my trash bin on a project that didn't work....at least it was useful somehow (lol!)
This card features one of the upcoming releases for MFT called "punch a bunch". Here are some deets of how you can get in on the fun:
My Favorite Things (www.mftstamps.com) is having a New Release Cocktail Party on Wednesday, March 5 from 9-11 p.m. Eastern time. Lots of fun is planned including finding out how YOU can be the next MFT Guest Designer. Head over to the MFT forum on www.splitcoaststampers.com to find out all the details and join us there on Wednesday night.
I really like that in this set you have two flower size options and style options. You know how I love to color, so I chose this flower to color with my copics.....but if you would rather ink the color on your flower there are flowers for that too!
I stamped a field of flowers for my bunny to stand in. I love how I could manipulate the sentiment to stretch around his ears.
Yes, that is Amy Butler dp that you see. I can't quite get enough of it! The ribbon is from the costco pack.
I sewed the edges to finish!
I got to play along in today's color challenge on splitcoast. Wild Wasabi, Purely Pomegranate, and So Saffron were the colors. I came as close as I could with my watercolor paints. I love the watercolor look with this western set by MFT. Not too much to say other than I used some Palette ink and watercolor paper. The charm is from that hardware box by We R.
Happy Stamping!

Fun & creative artwork! Love em both!
On the first card I love the colors of your flowers and the scene. The paper is beautiful, and to me the ribbon is your signature, it is the way you mix pattern and color that bring balance to your cards. I just love it.
The second one feels as though it is really the desert. I love your watercoloring also. Beautiful work, TFS.
Beautiful!
