Story of me

I truly missed my crafting table while I was gone at CHA, but I came back with a lot of inspiration! Patterns, colors, so many things swirling in my head. I was pleased to jump back in the SCS challenges and today's limited supply challenge was circle stamps. Now, my collection of circle stamps is very limited, so I decided to make the circle shapes out of my stamps.
I have a large circle stencil that I laid on my white cs and stamped my CHF grid pattern background over top. I also wanted to use this upcoming crafty secrets image called "story of me" so I stamped it on an acetate sheet. I added some polka dot background to it as well. I cut out some more circle shapes with my coluzzle and I colored the backside with my copic markers. I love the streaky vintage look this accomplishes on acetate. I think it adds to the vintage charm.

Here is a close peek at the coloring. I love it that you can see the grid pattern behind the image as well.
I'm off to catch up on some blog surfing and commenting!

Happy Stamping!
