I am so proud of this little book. I had all my little nieces and nephews in mind while I created it. This is one of three sets that are being released on January 9th. I just love all these farm animals. If you are looking for a great farm set, look no further, this set has all the animals plus great sentiments and sounds of the animals too! This book was made with the square coaster boards and my fabulous sewing machine was up to the task of binding the edges! Whoo hoo, I was so excited about that, this adds a good durability factor to this book!
The sheep just beg for liquid applique and it adds a nice dimension to the book. I freehanded all the ground cover and just colored with my copics. The flowers beneath the cow are from the shower time set and the puffy clouds on each page are from the "rain or shine" set.
I just love these messy pigs! I drew their slop bin and just added mud with my marker.
Notice the little cute animals too??? Love the mice and the baby chicks and I really wanted to use this sentiment in the book so I thought it made a great final page.Wow, too much fun!
