Did you notice?

My counter rolled over 100,000 hits! Wow, I can hardly believe that! Thank you so much to my fun group of readers that come and visit me. I do want to mark this event....so watch for some really cool blog candy in the next week!

Another fun fact about today.....It is release day at My Favorite Things. Come and join us for the party over on the SCS forum tonight 9-11pm EST. I'll be there wanting to chat it up with you.

On to the cards, this first one is using the Punny Farm set. I must have had nursery rhymes stuck in my head when I was working with this adorable set! I'll have you singing Baa Baa Black sheep have you any wool? all day! This is actually a pretty quick card. I masked the sheep to group them together in the corner and then used liquid applique for their wool. The black sheep I covered in black glaze. The clouds are from the "rain or shine" set. The black and white ribbon I thought was a neat touch (with a little bell hanging from it).

For this father's day card I used the new "happy occasions" set. I think these are very cool funky ties and they looked neat against this Bohemia patterned paper. I did a little stitching and cut the paper tie out free hand. You can make a lot of quick cards with this set. The border is designed to fit the mega and giga square scallop punches.

Thanks for coming to look and hope to "see" you tonight over on SCS.

Happy Stamping!

I love the Baa, Baa, Black Sheep card. My daughter has p.j.'s with black sheep and one white one so we sing that song any time she puts them on. She loves it.

Great card!

What gorgeous work you do. This is the first time I am checking out your blog. Great style. I have never been able to just stamp on white paper. But after seeing your work....I am going to try. Any hints? Or tips?

Congrats on your hits!! I'm loving the farm set peeks from all the DT members -- but today's card and the "Sounds of the Farm" book are really both so amazing. You are really making me want this set so I can try to make a book as gifts!
