Can you tell I got my GinaK stamps today? So fun to play with some new rubbah! This is from the "happy harvest" set, some really cute images in there! I used my Junkz paper that I have had in my drawer forever, with hopes of creating a fall card....perfect for today! I matted my main image with a series of nestabilities. My white gel pen for the dots on the scallops. I used my copics to color the pebbles....I love to do that! I also added some rough twine to my ribbon accent.
Here is a close shot of my pumkin trio. I colored them with my copics, then masked them to do the background. I took the look from the patterned paper and carried it through by bouncing my brayer in really rust and mellow moss. I shaded my pumpkins as if light was coming in from the left so the right side of my pumpkins are darker. I topped them off with some antique glaze.
I loved how I could take a "cute" pumpkin stamp and give it a distressed look.
Happy Stamping!
