My House of Mouse

Let me start by saying this is the ONLY kind of mouse that is welcome in my house! No gerbils, guinea pigs, rodents of any kind....but this cute little guy I will keep. I loved the quick and easiness of my card yesterday, so I whipped up a dozen. There are three different sentiments. "I adore you" , "I miss you", "You make me smile". I had a bunch of these basic grey scraps kicking around so I am pleased I could put them to good use. These are for the flower shops, so in mass production, I did streamline a few minor details. I didn't mat the central image, no pebbles, I didn't color the background. Omitting a few things like this make it economical in time as well as product to mass produce. In doing 3 different sentiments I can give one shop three cards (one of each sentiment) without it being too redundant.

I thought they made a very cute group shot and I wanted to show you how to take a more detailed design and streamline it a little for productivity.

Happy Stamping!

Love the cards, Sherrie! I really need to take tips from you in the mass production category! I try to add too much to a card, so I never end up making more than 10!

These cards are great, wonderful way to use up your paper and know what you mean about rodents.

Great mouse cards Sherrie! I have had a few visitors of that nature, what with living practically in the avacodo groves! One ran by at night and I sceamed so loud, my DH said the mouse was petrified! His presence freaked me out! Finally I left the screens ajar one night, and Ralph as I named him moved out! Hopefully his cousins won't be stopping in for the holidays! Deb

Very cute cards! I'm with you...no live rodents of ANY species! He is a cutie. It is a wonderful lesson regarding removing some small details for mass production, TFS.
