Yummy!

You know it's a good recipe when your sheet looks like mine! With all my "craftiness" I thought I'd give you a glimpse into my real life of baking, no perfect recipe cards here!lol! The cake is a family favorite. I would cut into it and show you the inside but I'm bringing it to company tonight and that might not look the greatest.LOL!!! Tempting though! It has a really nice marble look inside. The pudding mix makes it really moist too!
The recipe is really easy:
1. 1 pkg of white cake mix (2 layer size)
2. 1 pkg (3 and3/4oz.) instant butterscotch pudding
3. 1/2 c. non fat milk (skim)
4. 1/2 c. water
5. 1/2 c. cooking oil
6. 4 eggs
7. 1/2 c. chocolate syrup (hershey's)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In mixing bowl combine ingredients 1-6 and beat for 3 minutes till smooth
Pour 2/3 of the batter into a greased bundt pan
Mix remaining batter with chocolate syrup and pour evenly over butterscotch mixture
Swirl through the batter gently with a knife
Bake 50-60 minutes
Cool 25minutes in pan then turn out onto wire rack
Top with chocolate glaze.

Chocolate Glaze
Combine:
1c. icing sugar
2Tbsp of milk
2Tbsp of corn syrup
1 square pre melted unsweetened chocolate (Baker's secret package)

You want the glaze bearly pourable so add more icing sugar if it is too runny.

Enjoy!
